The Elders - Burning Man Theme Camp 2009

In 2008 there was a difficulty in bringing the Brie, Bach and Talk to a conclusion. Ron made announcements for the last few sessions -which worked.
For 2009 We could set the time from 4:00 to 5:30 (instead of 6:00) and also have some sort of a dinner bell signifying time to begin closing. Also, conspicuously starting our camp dinner preps might help.
